This recipe is simple and fast, I love the fact that banana and baby’s milk brought out the taste your little one wont resist. Bananas are rich in several nutrients that are needed for your little ones, especially their initial development stage from 6months of age.  potassium, calcium, magnesium phosphorous, Sulphur, iron and copper are found in banana.  Bananas are rich in nutrients such as potassium, calcium, magnesium phosphorous, Sulphur, iron and copper. Potassium is vital for muscle function and for sustaining the heart rhythm. Iron and copper are needed for good blood count and hemoglobin levels. Calcium is vital for bone development.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece Pomegranate
  • 1 piece Banana
  • Breast Milk or Formula

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pomegranate into half
  • Remove the reddish seeds
  • Peel the banana
  • Combine the pomegranate seed and banana into a blender and add formula or breast milk.
  • Blend to the right consistency and serve.
