Choco is known to contain Certain elements such as flavonoids which  are present within the cocoa powder used for chocolate production itself. Flavonoids help regulate cellular activity and fight off free radicals that cause oxidative stress to the body. In simpler terms, they help your little ones body function more efficiently while protecting it against everyday toxins and stressors. Flavonoids are also powerful antioxidant agents. Apart from improving the properties of preventing inflammation, increasing antioxidants and improving the clotting properties in the blood, insulin sensitivity gets a boost as well, reducing the chances of being diabetic in the future.

Avocado is also an excellent source of numerous minerals which aids in the growth and development of our little ones.It provides kids minerals, such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium, iron, phosphorous, and zinc. Calcium and potassium help to develop strong and healthy bones and tissues. Iron ensures good hemoglobin count and prevents the risk of anemia in kids.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 1 Avocado
    • 1 Banana
    • 1/2 cub of yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon of Flaxseed (optional)


    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Cut the avocado into half ?
    • Remove the seed and scoop the avocado
    • Transfer into a blender
    • add the banana,yogurt,& flaxseed
    • blend to the right consistency
    • Add any toppings of your choice.
