Chia seed can be introduced to babies early as 6-8 months. It’s important to make sure they are soaked and thoroughly mixed before serving (do not serve chia seeds dry). INGREDIENTS
- 1 Mango
- 2 teaspoon of chia seeds
- Almond/coconut/ breast milk
- 1 banana
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add 2teaspoon of chia seeds to any milk of your choice (250ml)
- allow it to soak for 20min.
- Peel and cut the mango in small chunks
- peel the banana
- mash or blend the mango and banana to the right consistency
- add the chia seed pudding an mix
